Lisa-Marie Presley, daughter of the legendary rocker Elvis, has forced the cancellation of a ballet show about her father's life. She complained through her company Elvis Presley Enterprises about the performance of 'The King' in Edinburgh.
The show was due to open at the Festival Theatre, in Edinburgh tomorrow (Apr 18th)

Lisa marie secret plan for bizarre Scientology wedding
Lisa marie is planning a wacky Scientology wedding with rocker boyfriend John Osacjac. Star has learned that Elvis daughter who sources say hasalready given more than $1million to Scientology has not convinced her Hawaiin born fiance that he too should join the controversial church before they get married. And their bizarre wedding including: Having an ordain Scientology's minister. Personalized Scientology training. A special Scientology official who will be on 24 hour call to provide advice. This is the third marriage for her and she's determined to make this one last, a source close to Lisa Marie, 32, told Star. "She's had the passion of an early first marriage to songwriter Danny Keough, the fantasy marriage to Michael Jackson, but she's sure John is the right man for her. Lisa Marie is thrilled that John is embracing the Scientology movement. "Lisa is so excited because she adores John," said the insider. "It means a lot to her that he's starting to get involved in her religion. In fact, it's an answers to Lisa's prayers. She has so much more in common with him than she had with Michael Jackson. " But just to make sure the marriage works out, the couple are making plans to meet with Scientlogist counselors before the tie the knot. Lisa marie's first husband Danny Keough and their daughter Danielle will join the bridal party, but there is no word on whether Michael Jackson will attend. |

Lisa Marie Presley
In 1973, during my employment as a Los Angeles police officer working Hollywood Division, I took the two paintings to Elvis' home on Monovale Drive in West Los Angeles in hopes of getting Elvis to sign both paintings. I was on duty at the time. Driving my black and white police car was my admission ticket through the large black gates at the entrance of his home.
Elvis was there but was sleeping. (It was about 11:00a.m.) I left the paintings with one of his security men and they assured me that they would get Elvis to sign each. Elvis' security man told me to come back in about a week. When I returned about a week later to retrieve my paintings, Elvis and his entourage were gone, but my luck was with me that day. The paintings had been signed by Elvis. I got an additional bonus, the housekeeper and Lisa Marie were also at the home. The housekeeper allowed me to take some pictures of Lisa standing next to my paintings and additional photos of her outside the house. She was really sweet posing for me. I think the two photos of her next to Elvis' favorite car, his Stutz Blackhawk, and the L.A. police car are classic and very collectable for the Elvis and Lisa Marie fans.

Nutty Nepotism
Poor Janet Jackson is getting pressure from all sides. Recently you read here that Lisa Marie was urging Janet to help her land a role in the upcoming sequel to The Nutty Professor. Janet's co-starring with Eddie Murphy in the movie and it's expected to be a blockbuster. Well, now Michael Jackson is pressuring his sister to help him get a cameo in the movie. Michael's not crazy about Eddie Murphy but he feels it would be great for his own career. Janet's not sure she wants to be in the middle of all this.
